Reservation was waiting when we arrived as we needed a handicap room. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fine. Dining room was clean convenient.

Old facility in need of updates. Check in process and staff excellent, quiet and comfortable but suite really drab and worn but good rate per night. Convenient to areas in and around Harrisoonburg

Staff was friendly at check in. The hotel as a whole was acceptable. But the building doesn’t have enough sound proofing. We were on the first floor and had to listen to a conversation happening outside our window. The room above us sounded like they were having a wrestling match. There was a lot of running around and jumping. It also sounded like they were throwing things around. When we called the front desk at 2 AM after listening to them for 4 hours, they said that they were having trouble with them and had called the police. But the hotel never offered any discount or apology.

The staff member on 10/24 in Dining area was not friendly at all. She was irritated when I accidentally use the serving spoon for the potatoes for the sausage. She took the serving spoon and just wiped it and put it back. So what’s the big deal if she didn’t even bother to wash or change the serving spoon.
The front desk were ok, at least they were friendly.
