Upon arriving Oct 2, we were given a Room, King Bed, but it was not mobility accessible. The room itself did not meet our reservation requirements but we could not secure another hotel in the area so we had to stay. The hotel itself was an absolute mess. Rooms were being remodeled and building materials were all over the parking lot. Carpeting that had been pulled out of rooms was just left rolled up near the front of rooms. (Please see attached photos) The second day the manager/owner happened to be near our room and apologized for the mess but failed to clean it up the entire length of our stay.
The lobby has cardboard boxes all over and in the chairs, very dirty. The breakfast consisted of cereal and a waffle iron that you make your own-----we passed and went out to eat. On the day we left absolutely no ice---my husband surmised they had used it all for the breakfast prep and we couldn’t wait for the machine to make more.
The room was just adequate in that my husband is handicapped and in asking for mobility accessible, the toilet was a regular toilet, not a handicapped toilet. The shower had a tub and it was difficult for him to climb over the tub to get in to use the shower. There were no towel bars in the bathroom to hang our towels for easy access after showering. The moulding in the bathroom was separating from the walls. The door would not close because it was not aligned to the frame. The toilet flushed like an explosion!!! Seriously. We had to close

Location was good. Lots of shopping and dining options. Easy to find. However, the facility is old. Looks like the.y are in the process of upgrading (pallets of material outside). But even while upgrading, they should be maintaining the area . Trash on ground, ice machine not working, dining area for breakfast was a mess!

The smell of the hotel room was terrible. It smelled like dogs been in there. Other than that I didn't have a problem.

I’ve stayed herein the past as a base for kayaking on the local rivers. I was surprised at the slip in property management since my last stay. Stained bedding and bugs in the room. I’ll look at other options in the future.

Friendly and respectful. The room was meticulous. For the price it is well worth it. Also a mall next door and restaurants within walking distance!

The pool area was filled with trash. My room smelled like animals and smoke. I checked out two days early. The only other room they had was up stairs and I could not do the stairs after having surgery.

I didn’t like the pool. The water was slimy. They really need the health department looking into the swimming pool.In addition to that, room service was not good. I had to constantly ask for clean towels because room service was terrible.

The check in process was non existent I waited 25 minutes for someone to come to the front desk phone calls to the number were unanswered. It room smelled like a cat lady died in it. 2nd room bathroom smelled like a boys locker room. Checked in Sunday had not serviced the room by Wednesday. Took an intervention to make it happen hadn’t serviced again when we checked out on Friday. Spend your money somewhere else.

There was a lot of trash on the boundary of the property. They charged a fifty dollar deposit refundable deposit when we arrived to check in
I thought that was different. No one was at the front desk when we arrived.we waited for about 15 minutes. The room was clean. But they could vacuum better
There was crumbs along side of the beds. The air conditioner was off when we arrived it was 100 degrees out side. I think they should have turned it on before we arrived if they was trying to save on electricity. The swimming pool had a lot of leaves in it. But all and all our stay was alright.
