I was welcomed by Mayra and she has phenomenal customer service skills. She’s attentive, shows great interest in the customer, and make sure that I was completely satisfied with my room. It is people like Mayra that makes me want to visit super eight regularly whenever I am in Tracy. She is a good role model and my recommendation is that you use her to train front desk staff. I will be back again and again.

Terrible service . Manager was rude . No toilet paper . Toilet didn’t flush . Roaches . No towels . Was moved rooms 3 times during my 2 day stay

I was not rude. i do understand your door was not working, and thats why we moved you rooms. once we moved you rooms you didnt have enough towels, and you came saying bad words, and I said there was no need for that and we would bring you towels. we tried to help as much as we could. there was no sign of roaches whatsoever when we went to the room. Outside the door there was a water black roach. i do apologize for any inconvenience but respect is what you received from my end at all times Thank you.

Not a good hotel to stay in!
Insects were in my room… no towels upon arrival in room… phone in room did not work…. They didn’t clean my room…very “transity” environment…. Left my room early because of the conditions…

简直就是贫民窟。没有标识牌。大堂糟糕透顶。服务人员态度恶劣。不承认我已付款的预订。说我的信用卡被拒了,尽管我出示了确认号、付款收据和相关邮件。
我被告知去联系供应商,然后就被拒之门外了。我告诉她我已经付过款了,而且不能退款。她根本不在乎。避开这个地方。绝对粗鲁,纯粹就是坑钱。
我在这家酒店住过好几次了,这是我第一次住得这么不舒服。墙上有一些黑斑,还在淋浴间和房间的墙上(附图)发现了几只小虫子。电视也没完全固定好,而且只有两个枕头。
前台接待人员非常热情周到,而且非常专业。她尽力满足我的需求,工作做得非常好。
