Breakfast was very appealing. Room was in excellent condition. Felt very safe in the area. Parking lot was clean. A very nice place to stay.

Check in was quick. My room was handicap accessible but I made my reservation late and the hotel was sold out for the weekend. I was surprised at breakfast with an egg and sausage option. I love the shampoo, conditioner and lotion dispensers.

We booked a smoke free room, yet the the room smells like an ash tray every day we returned.

That room was cancelled on the same day I booked it. Have yet to receive my refund. We tried calling no legitimate phone number for contact. But I'm sure y'all received the cancellation. I would like my refund today please been waiting for weeks. And today I see this message. Shouldn't take any more time to process.

The room ac was adequate…. Could have been cooler. The bed was awful, when we laid down we rolled to the center. The staff was pleasant.

Great customer service. Breakfast was good. Room was clean and as expected. Definitely do for remodel, which is happening. Shower needed major repair, and both sink and tub clogged up. Pool was closed.
