Worst place, I ever stayed the whole entire time. We were harassed by staff. I asked for a microwave to be replaced or fixed, they kept telling us they'll make a note about it. The whole 10 days were there. We had no microwave, flooded, clogged sink and no not one time did they stop to ask if we needed towels or anything else we had to go to the front desk every time.

美国的旅馆服务都有降低，节省成本吧
我们预订时并不知道这是一家汽车旅馆。感觉非常不干净。浴室天花板有污渍，有异味，床单上也有污渍。不会再入住了。
前台服务还行。我告诉经理马桶一直堵塞，半夜我不得不往水箱里加水才能用，但他一点也不关心。淋浴头都快从墙上掉下来了。迷你冰箱和微波炉只能二选一，不能同时用。挪开迷你冰箱后，地板上全是虫子，脏得要命。地毯也很脏。
这根本不是我一年前住过的那个地方了。不值得花这么多钱住这儿。床单倒是挺软的，泳池没用。总的来说，以这么高的价格来说，体验非常不好。咖啡壶也很脏，从来没清洗过。
太令人失望了。网上的照片和实际情况完全不符。我们到达时已经过了允许入住的时间，但房间竟然还没打扫好。床单上有深红色/棕色的污渍，浴室洗手台上到处都是干掉的牙膏。后来给我们换了一个房间，结果新房间里的一张床也有污渍。当我们问是否能换床单时，被告知所有清洁人员都下班了。我绝对不会再住这里了。
房间脏得要命，浴缸底部还有像是沥青一样的东西粘着。微波炉和冰箱只能二选一插电使用。直到“早餐”后我才注意到浴缸的问题。早餐也只有盒子里一个可怜的苹果，水煮蛋或酸奶可选，除此之外就是一个脏兮兮的华夫饼机。如果能打负分，我肯定会打。给一分都嫌多。我们多晚预订了几晚，结果住了一晚就退房了。未使用的几晚费用退给我了，但他们并没有试图弥补我的不快。评分：-10。
房间里没有热水，也没有Wi-Fi。床单上有血迹/泥渍。第一晚我只好睡在床单上面！
第二天提出要求后他们确实给换了，但总体来说是一次非常糟糕的体验。
我们非常喜欢这家酒店的员工和美味的早餐，这绝对是戈尔登最棒的酒店。
我们只在那里睡了一晚。早餐是 typical 的华夫饼、贝果、酸奶。
我没有热水，也换不了房间。凌晨三点有人大喊大叫，警察和救护车都来了。我不喜欢我额外支付的费用。
