Everything was great from the staff to the room and the amenities. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very accommodating and definitely friendly and helpful. Enjoyed everything overall! Thanks Auburn Indiana Holiday Inn Express & Suites. We will definitely be back again.

Stay was fine. The thermostat was broke in my room and they said they had no one to fix it and they were booked up. They ended up changing my room, but that meant the next person was going to have a broken thermostat.
Next I paid for the room in full before I got there. They took my card like normal but proceeded to charge me for the room again. 3 weeks later, I am still trying to get them to refund me.
The rooms are nice, the staff was nice, but just too many issues to rate higher.

Sunday morning the toilet didnt flush properly. Some of the wallpaper was torn or?. Floor in shower was slippery, should of had maybe some floor strips.

Was not greeted and stood at the desk for at least 5 minutes before being acknowledged

Awesome place to stay
Very clean overall. Very comfortable beds. My granddaughter loves to swim and the pool was very nice. We will definitely be back. Also friendly staff and a nice breakfast. Great job keep up the great work.
