There was a noise outside my window (room 514) all night! it sounded like a dripping or knocking.
Also there was no body lotion and the shampoo and soap has a terrible smell

Booked a one king size bed months in advanced. They put us in what felt like a handicapped accessible room that had a double and a single bed. Were told that there was nothing they could do about it and were stuck with the room we got. Hopefully no one was there that needed that kind of room more than we did.
