Thomas, front desk, was very nice and personable. He was a very kind man, a great first impression of this property. He also put us on the first floor, which I appreciated; especially since I didn't specifically ask.

The hotel was clean and felt safe. There were a few minor maintenance issues however, such as a broken cold water faucet in the kitchenette and a large crack in the window of our room. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was decent, and my children enjoyed the pool.

I did not like that the gyms equipment had your back to the door. I would like to see who was coming in. The staff and accommodations were excellent

The accommodations were horrible, the first room that we were in did not have any power, they switched us to a new room where the door was coming off the hinges and the air was out..staff had to come in and put a dollar store box fan...will never return, and you should not either, and if someone from the hotel tries to respond ti this if they care, i took alot of pics for proof😁
房间干净舒适。泳池有点小。他们早餐的很多食物都容易供应不足，所以务必早点去。
门上的安全锁坏了，他们一直没修。广告上说有打印机和电脑，但实际上根本用不了。客房服务很差。浴室里还有虫子。之前住过这家酒店，现在情况越来越糟。是时候换个地方住了！
住宿体验舒适
床很舒服，淋浴水压很好，前台工作人员友好热情，早餐还不错，有香肠、松饼、贝果和麦片。房间干净整洁。免费停车。下次还会入住。
前台接待员非常友善且专业。整个酒店一尘不染，气味清新。我的房间整洁干净。酒店环境非常安静。下次肯定还会入住。
房间不太干净。我注意到淋浴间里有没清洗干净的洗发水，房间看起来也不太干净。
