Friendliness of the staff and making sure everything was to your satisfaction. Breakfasts were always hot and wide variety of foods.

Our room had no remote for the TV.And I had to go downstairs twice to the front desk to pick one up, Because the first time I went down the batteries in the remote were not working so I had to go down again. It would have been nice if someone were to bring it up to the room.

However there may be times when an agent is unable to leave the desk and guests will have to come to the desk for assistance.

They told me they were going to contact you guys, but I had to move rooms midnight because there were us a roach I seen come from under the microwave so I asked him about a discounted room or free night and they said because we booked through hotels it had to come from you guys. My lady was extremely disgusted about the fact, moved her purse all clothing, so no roaches got in contact with it.

Everything was great! Staff was friendly and a great location. Didn't get a chance to use the pool but it was small and clean. I would recommend this hotel.

酒店前台小哥很贴心，我们11点半左右到早了，商量是否行李寄存，三点半后再来checkin，他查了一下房间已准备好，直接帮我们办理入住了。
离奥特莱斯一刻钟车程，确实不错👍
不得不说，真是漫长的日子。我经常住在这里。我还需要换酒店吗？冰箱太吵了。浴室水龙头坏了。还有，我住Ja Uzzi房间的时候，JRs打开的时候，老旧的灯会闪烁。
