Staff was great, Breakfast was awesome, exceeded my expectations, cleanliness was really good, only negative was the jets in the hot tub didnt work !!! Big bummer one of the things i enjoy about staying in a hotel is sitting in the hot tub to relax

I’ve travelled to the area a couple of times now for a conference and this was by far the best stay!! All of the station were exceptional, very courteous and welcoming. The room was spotless, inviting, and the bed was so comfortable. I have zero complaints and would absolutely stay here again!

My friend and I stayed while in town for a concert. The gentleman working the front desk during the day was very friendly and extremely helpful. The overnight front desk associate seemed very disorganized - I asked for a second make up remover wipe (2 women, 2 beds, 2 face wipes) - she said it wouldn't be a problem and spent a solid 5+ mins searching for the thing. I told her repeatedly not to worry about it that I would just use soap and water, no big deal and she insisted that she could find one... This at 12/1 in the morning after we had returned from our event. I had stepped out to my car to smoke and she made a nasty comment about the smell - it took everything I had not to remind her that I smell because I took it to my car out of respect for their rule. I attempted to use the coffee maker but when I did a water purge just to get whatever dust out, the water came out brown (individual use coffee grounds bowl was not used as I was intentionally cleaning it). The whole coffee maker was absolutely filthy and obviously wasn't wiped down in any intentional way in a long while. Sunday morning we went to the hot tub after breakfast and the whirlpool timer was missing but we decided the hot soak would still feel nice as I am recovering from surgery. After sitting for a few minutes we moved our feet in the otherwise still water, we saw small chunks of what looked like wet bread crumbs and other stuff shifting around the bottom. Would not recommend

Bed werent comfortable. The pull out sofa was very uncomfortable. Breakfast area is way to small for the amount of ppl staying there. House keeping didnt speak any English so always had to call or go to the front desk for anything needed for the room. Hottub was hot but had no jets to turn on so pretty much pointless.

酒店前台小哥很贴心，我们11点半左右到早了，商量是否行李寄存，三点半后再来checkin，他查了一下房间已准备好，直接帮我们办理入住了。
离奥特莱斯一刻钟车程，确实不错👍
不得不说，真是漫长的日子。我经常住在这里。我还需要换酒店吗？冰箱太吵了。浴室水龙头坏了。还有，我住Ja Uzzi房间的时候，JRs打开的时候，老旧的灯会闪烁。
