I understand to expect low when booking cheaper hotels and some inconveniences like pool not functional, ongoing work at property are more tolerable issues in cheaper hotels but within 30 seconds of checking in process, I heard 2 families coming in reporting that A/C was not working, bathtub was not cleaned from previous stay etc...our room sure enough had issues...no water in bathroom..these are basic necessities and hotel license should be cancelled based on these issues

Very dirty room all around. Tub had shampoo lid in drain. No one had clearly turned the water on after guest left so no one washed the bathroom. The toilet had iron stains on the back or seat and lid. The remote had no back part to batteries and I could not turn the tv on.

The room was so small I couldn’t do yoga. We could barely walk between the bed and walls. There wasn’t an overhead light. Just one lamp on the bed side table. The other lamp on the desk was without a bulb. Although the rooms appears to recently have been updated - trim was missing on the door, something was wrong with the trim in the bathroom, the shower was almost impossble to turn on , there was one towel, when we asked at the front desk we did get another one, but it was obvious we had interrupted his doom scrolling. bathroom. 这只是个出租房间。
就算我们承认三天没铺床，也只有两条浴巾，当然也没有备用床单什么的。洗发水、护发素和沐浴露也都短缺。我们把垃圾扔进了外面的垃圾桶，除此之外，没有任何服务。难道就因为租了个房间，就花了这么多钱吗？
唯一还算不错的就是入住时的服务。
