The property was OK. However, we did not get one of our rooms until after 4:30pm, an hour and a half after check-in, which was a huge inconvenience. We rented 2 rooms as we were attending a wedding and half of our party couldn’t access the room or have a place to change clothes. When I asked why check-in was so late when the website announced 3pm. I was told by the front desk that it was to be understood that check-in is anytime after 3 P.M. and there was no guarantees as to how long after that our room would be ready. Needless to say, we were late for the wedding.

“Repeated Disruptions and Denied Basic Guest Servi
I have stayed at this property for several days and unfortunately experienced repeated issues that made my stay unnecessarily difficult. Ashley at the front desk repeatedly called my room eight times in one day, disrupting an important international business Zoom conference I was hosting. She also refused to allow my food delivery to be brought to my room, even though other staff had no issue accommodating similar requests for other guests.
In addition, when I requested basic services such as towels, toilet paper, and housekeeping, these requests were ignored. It created the impression that my stay was being made deliberately uncomfortable. This level of service is not acceptable for a paying guest.
On a positive note, Karen at the front desk was exceptional—professional, courteous, and the kind of staff member who truly improves the guest experience.

Could be better
We’ve stayed here before. For some reason there was noise, construction and smoke alarms going on. Understandable. We got the handicap accessible room but doors weren’t that accessible. They would close right away. There should be some stopper to help when coming in with a wheelchair. My husband is handicap and found it interesting that the 3 nights we stayed the cars on the handicap spot were always taken by cars with no placards? Also back door will always be stuck and wouldn’t open. Had to go thru front.

The section where we stayed above the lobby doesn’t have an elevator and the carpet in the hallway was very dirty and musky smelling..Our room was great, roomy and very clean, beds were comfy and lots of pillows. Bathroom very clean and updated. A/C was rigged and didn’t cool enough but did the job. They have continental breakfast with an ok assortment. I’d stay here again if I was on a budget

Is a wonderful hotel is nearby the 120-East/West on ramps. The Ac is great, beds comfy, TV is great, but also they have a place to purchase Snacks. The only thing I was not aware that their no elevator, gotta walk the stairs.
