I came from my doctor’s appointment on December 11,2024 and I called the front desk to inquire about housekeeping since it’s been nine days since I checked in and their housekeeping policy is 8-9 days after check -in . This front desk agent stated that it had to be done the following day .So I called the following morning on December 12th and Carla , the female front desk agent stated it will be done as confirmed . I came back after a long and stressful day at work and to my shock and dismay , the sheets have not been changed and the towels were scattered about on the floor . I was so appalled that I called the front desk agent that night and asked for a room change . It was a long day and o was tired and as soon as I got inside the room , I almost had a severe asthma attack and I had bed bugs from the previous night . Vanessa , the front desk agent that night , offered me fresh sheets and towels with the room getting cleaned the following day . On the night of December 19th , a week after the last cleaning service was done ,i asked to be put on the housekeeping board which the front desk agent confirmed . I called the front desk agent Nick who told me there was a shortage and it had to be done the following day after he asked me to come to the front desk and demanded me to come back in which was rude . I went to the front desk agent again that night and the female front desk agent confirmed o was on the list . On my way out this morning , I called the front desk agent and a male rep stated they have a shortage of housekeepers and it may not be done today . He even had the nerve to call me back to confirm it may not be guaranteed and I assume it was the same ride front desk agent Nick that called .This is nothing but the runaround so I agree with all the reviews being worse than mine stating that no housekeeping ever came to clean their rooms . They are always short-staffed and unprofessional . This is the reason why I am sick more than half the time here .STAY AWAY .

I asked for cleaning service in my room yesterday and a guy I spoke to said it had to be done today since it takes 8-9 days after check-in for maid services to get it done . I spoke to Carla , the front desk agent , this morning and she said it will be done today . I came back at night after a long and stressful day at work to find out the sheet crawling with bed bugs for over a week now had not been changed and a pike of dirty towels left scattered on the floor . Totally horrible customer service and very unacceptable . STAY AWAY !!

This place is located in a nice city but I was shocked to find out how horrible this 'hotel' was. The place if dirty. The trash is overflowing on all floors outside. My 'neighbors' would put their trash outside their door, including dirty diapers. This trash was left there all day many times. There are numerous long term residents there who hang outside a lot. I saw at least one police call during my month there. The curtains were torn. The staff was ok and did their best to be helpful. The walls are very thin and noise from next door is very loud. I had to buy noise cancelling headphones just to go to sleep!

I had a wonderful stay at ESA brea The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially Marisa and Carla. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Great customer service, everyone that works here is friendly and every morning they always have fresh coffee, always clean towels and sheets. My kids love staying here we have everything around us. Plus building is clean and quiet. I would definitely recommend and I would stay here again.
