My bathroom smelled like a portapotty, one side of the stool was yellow. I asked them 3 times to clean it. The last night I was awakened at 2 am to the very strong odor of *********. It was so strong I was afraid I’d get high from it. The hairdryer was so sticky I had to wrap a washcloth around it to hold it. Light switches were nasty dirty as well. I have photos of all of the filth. I will be asking for a refund for my stay.

I stayed upstairs in a non-smoking room, I walked in, and it smelled like a literal lit pack of Marlboro lights. The entire room stunk, I had to go out and buy car fresheners to stick in the air vent in the AC unit just to make it smell better. I called the front desk and told the girl, I was on vacation for 10 days and did not want to move all of my things. Not to mention the fact that there was a freight train that ran through the back of the hotel and kept me up all night. I still paid $89 a night for my room and I will never stay there again. Sorry, not sorry. If it’s a non-smoking room, it should be a non-smoking room and your next guests should not have to go out and buy things to clean up your hotel room rooms to make it smell better.

For a free breakfast variety was good with a couple healthy options. Was set up on time with the hot food hot and cold was cold. Always like the orange juice option. Parking
was good and well lite. Didn't hurt that Cracker Barrel was next door. Couple things needed attention, which I left a note about. Overall a good experience. Room was clean and set up the staff was available and friendly.

Several issues with the property including cockroaches and nasty floors. Our feet were black just from the first few minutes when we first got into the room. They had no managers available when we showed them the issues and their “fixes” for the problems were to move us next door. We booked a room with queen beds and got doubles, the clerk admitted it, then put us next door where the same size beds were “queen beds”. Now we are waiting for a refund and they conveniently don’t have a manager present to do anything about it. Don’t stay here.

We stayed her about a month ago and liked it.. This stay was very good..Staff was friendly and efficient.. Our bathroom had some black mold on the ceiling over the shower. A convenient stay for us on our trip

It was ok probably wouldnt stay again. For $100 a night there was rust on the bathroom door frame. There was spots on the floor.

doesn’t offer daily cleaning . I had to ask for it and to restock of new towels . Not please asking for service .
