The bed was lumpy and had broken-down springs. Walls were very thin, and I could hear lots of road noise and sounds from other rooms and the hallway.

We booked this hotel for 4 nights. On our third night, around 9pm we were relaxing and chatting, and heard the door click open, MUCH TO OUR SURPRISE. We rushed to the door and slammed it closed. After a brief, VERY TENSE moment with a group of people, we assessed the situation and found that they had a door card to our room, given to them by the front desk clerk.
We travel a lot. We NEVER expect someone to traipse into our space unannounced.
My husband is an Army Veteran and has service related PTSD. We are both extremely grateful that he restrained himself and did not attack the person who opened the door.
Front desk clerk, Stephanie, apologized woth a million excuses. And then ran her mouth when she thought I'd entered the elevator.
Manager wouldn't come out of the office when we checked out the next morning. I was supposed to receive an email, but never did.
DND was on the door our entire stay.
Video camera was right ourside of our door to record the incident.

Breakfast was just okay, I had better free breakfast. Mold on wall in bathroom. Over all just okay. Probably wouldn't stay again, but nothing so horrible I had to leave.

All the common area was trebly dirty, you could smell **** everywhere.
Never go to this hotel again.

When we checked in, Emma was very helpful and informative. She told us about the pool and comp breakfast. The chocolate chip cookies were awesome
