酒店回复: I am very sorry you did not enjoy your stay. I wanted to let you know that we will be bringing eggs back now that that shortage seems to have been resolved. We are in consideration for transferring to bulk toiletry products in our guest rooms. We do have plans for upgrading our furniture, but I do not have an exact time frame to announce yet. We do have smoke detector testing each year and our outside vendor does monitor the age and replacement of the detectors. I am sorry the wall thermostat was not operational. We have guests who apparently know how to google and change the setting to manual operation on the ac unit itself, can you believe that! It's very unfortunate we did not catch that. I will get with my head housekeeper to make sure the pillows get changed out, we recently received a very large shipment of pillows for that purpose of switching out! We really dropped the ball with your pre-check in. I do know that there is a glitch they are working on where it does not change the status to notify us consistently. I can understand your frustration, especially when we failed to service your room during your stay with us, I will investigate with front desk and housekeeping so that this doesn't happen to another guest.
酒店回复: My apologies that the city will not let us put up directional signage other than the exit sign logos. We do activity participate in recycling. I did see this morning the receptacle is missing from our third floor vending area. Thank you for bringing that to my attention.

Our room was on the second floor directly above the entrance sliding doors, every time they opened or closed we could hear it very clearly. We were in room 218. Very annoying when trying to sleep.
The first night our tub would not drain and the gentleman at the desk said there was nothing he could do until the next day so we had to take showers in standing dirty water. The next day it still wasn’t drained but the lady at the front desk was very helpful and said maintenance would be there in 30 minutes. In the meantime my husband was able to get it to drain by running hot was and moving the tub release. Other than that our stay was pleasant.

总体来说住宿体验不错。我唯一想改变的是,像大多数其他酒店一样,早餐供应到早上9:30。我们早上9:04下楼,所有东西都打包好了。
在其他商店后面找酒店有点难。我们最喜欢的是舒适的床。早餐时间很短,我们被匆匆带走,而且选择不多。我看到没有回收点。不过还好。
