First the room was literally an ice box when we checked in around 7 o'clock at night. Who turns the a/c all the way up in the middle of November? Also the doors to the rooms were absolutely disgusting and I don't mean just mine every door in this hotel was disgusting . Also the cable wire that was basically taped to the wall which was just hanging in the door frame like how ghetto is the place??Next the pool, it wasn't the problem it was the broken hot tub that was just left with nasty stagnant water, it literally smelled like mold. After that we found out out our wifi wasn't working. So I got tell the front desk girl, and how convenient she tells me I just need to turn off my wifi and then turn it back on it worked for five seconds then immediately said that there was no Internet connection, when I went back down to ask again she basically just stared at me and said well it's working for everyone else. At that point I was so irritated I just went back to my room and went to bed. Breakfast ****** it was the worst scrambled eggs and some muffins I never once seen sausage, bacon, anything like what's up with that huh????? Either way I will never stay at a la Quinta inn again. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS 10/10 do not recommend!!!!

Clean room. Plenty of clean towels. Convenience location right off the freeway. Breakfast is just adequate. We stopped here for one night after a long drive so it was fine.

The check-in staff was great. The room is clean. And the exercise room was adequate and met our needs and expectations.

The whole hotel was just dirty. I paid more for a room with a jetted up just to get switched to another room because the first one didn’t even have a water stopper and was leaking. Then the second one didn’t even turn on. When I told the front desk she never said sorry for having to switch me rooms or the things not working and simply blamed housekeeping. I’m majoring in Hospitality and Management…people want to hear an apology not an excuse. I know it’s not her personal fault for the incidents but she is the face and who to go to when stuff like this happens. The whole time she was on the phone with what i’m assuming was her boss. If you haven’t taught your staff how to have proper customer service and handle these types of situations you shouldn’t leave her alone. She said housekeepers tend to leave things. I suggest you fire them and get new housekeepers because everything was dirty. They can’t even wipe down the dirty door as they walk out. Details matter like old trash still being in the room, soaking wet towels “left”. All I’m trying to say is clearly the people you have don’t care
我预订这家酒店就是冲着室内游泳池和热水浴缸去的。结果热水浴缸坏了,泳池区也只有一盏灯亮着。房间里的电视遥控器失灵,空调/暖气也坏了,而且我用不同的设备(电脑、iPhone 和亚马逊平板电脑)试了好几次都连不上网。我带着两个年幼的孩子旅行,等我发现所有这些问题的时候,换房间就太麻烦了。
房间干净,床很舒服,停车方便,地理位置也十分便利。泳池和热水浴缸的瓷砖需要清洁,早餐一般。
床很差,枕头是我住过的最差的酒店枕头。房间很干净,但家具老旧且有划痕。
