Room is spotless. The front desk staff was friendly and happy to help at both check in and check out. Great stay and would recommend!

Clean. The hotel was not busy and they put all the guests right next to each other and I was in a room that just looked at the side of the building and a bunch of garbage on the roof. Odd decision making.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is strange. The bed was small, the room was a little beat up and the hotel has basically no amenities. There’s a coffee shop in the lobby that’s open 8am-2pm, aside from that there is nothing - no vending machine, no restaurant, no bottled water… Very basic.
古老的酒店建筑，有几百年历史，房间宽敞，check in和check out都很方便快捷，市中心，但本身buffalo夜生活就不多，冬季5点后餐馆商店基本都关门了
房间的空调太陈旧了。所有的房间设施都成就。走道里弥漫着刺鼻的香味。被子有一种油蒿臭味。网络也是没有的。整个酒店感觉就一个人在运营
很喜欢这家酒店的感觉，复古浪漫，推荐，地点绝对的市中心，离市政厅，交易大厅等都很近，步行可达
房间宽敞、干净舒适，员工友善。地理位置便利。
水槽完全堵住了。没人能修。有人找了个柱塞，自己就把水管堵住了。他们让我换房间，但我们已经住进了那个房间。
咖啡壶很脏。所以我得先洗干净才能用。
保险箱锁上了，我们没法用。
床头柜太矮了，几乎没法用。
床很舒服。
位置很方便。
总的来说，我给它3分。

这让人想起这家酒店昔日的辉煌……前台经常空无一人。因此，我们很少会询问关于这座城市的信息。
