Worst ever room wasn't ready on time i got charged and never even checked in. I had a cancellation sent to me from them and now the email is gone it said sent back not sure how that happen and now i have no proof of the cancellation so i can get my money refunded

The first refrigerator I had didn’t work, but it was promptly replaced. The front desk agent was super nice, but I did have to shout out a few times in order to be helped. The bed is comfortable and my room featured a kitchenette. I noticed some things not working correctly, so hopefully I’ll get them fixed tomorrow. The heater does not work in 106, and I did find one bug. The plug in the bathroom doesn’t work. I had to blow dry and straighten my hair at the kitchen counter. Location is pretty far from places…like it was a $37 uber ride from the airport. It’s also far from the spring training facilities.

I was there for a whole week. I’m here from out of town working for my company, they pay for my hotels. The front desk didn’t bother to call me and remind me to pay. Instead they went through my belongings and kept everything they wanted and gave me back my computer and my dirty clothes. They also kept my deposit. Alex is the manager of this facility and his employers/housekeepers are the ones who told me specifically he kept my stuff after it was bagged and tagged. He denies any allegations

This is one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed at. The room looked like it had been spat out of the 70s along with the fridge that kept us up all night with it's noises. The kitchen area was falling apart. The bathtub was rusted and dirty. The room itself was very dirty and we ended up with black feet by the end of our stay. There were long black hairs in the bed which didn't belong to me or my partner.

房间没有整理或打扫。垃圾桶很脏,周末一直放在房间外面。没有每日清洁服务。不过,白天前台接待人员很愉快。
这地方太恶心了!台面上有血迹,厨房里有**工具,毛巾架也是坏的。我以后绝不会再住这里。
真是个糟糕透顶的地方!在网站上看起来没那么差,可当我们抵达时,简直气炸了,失望透顶。大堂看起来还行,前台的小哥也非常友善专业,他给了我们钥匙,在那一刻之前一切都好。
第一个“惊喜”是当我们走进房间的时候,门竟然是开着的!这意味着有人进去过,或者在下一个客人入住前忘了关门上锁(甚至可能有人在里面待了好几个小时都没人察觉)。
房间条件非常差,小炉灶那块都烧黑了,所有抽屉都快散架了。浴室脏得不可思议,就连我们都没碰过的“干净”毛巾上都有污渍,到处都是铁锈和灰尘。
床倒是铺得好好的,但被子、枕头和床单上有很多污渍,不是那种因为旧而产生的污渍,而是食物残渣,像是酱汁之类的干涸污渍。床单背面特别脏,就像有人睡了几个星期都没洗过一样。床底下全是灰尘和垃圾。空调一打开就摇晃,发出巨大的噪音。
我们试图打电话给前台,想让人来换掉所有床单和枕头,结果发现电话根本不通,因为它连电话线都没接上。我们只好用手机拨打酒店电话,请求更换床单、枕头和毛巾。结果对方只说能给我们提供干净的枕套,甚至都不派人送到房间,还问我们能不能自己去大堂拿。
真是个可怕的地方,幸好我们只住一晚,而且时间很赶,否则我们一定会要求退款,然后找个能住人的地方。别浪费钱了!
我根本没入住,也没付押金,但他们却仍然想向我收费。
