最大优点是便宜,有个简易厨房,空间比较大,停车位充足;缺点是设施相当老旧。
远离这家酒店
这家酒店简直糟透了。客户服务毫无存在感。从我们入住开始,前台就一个人也没有,最后终于来了个小伙子,他因为不得不帮我们办理入住而感到恼火。我们住的三楼房间臭气熏天,难闻得让我女儿在接下来的入住时间里一直生病。门坏了,锁也坏了,浴室的装置也被某种油灰堵住了。我下楼要求换房间时,另一位客人抱怨床单上有污渍和尿渍。他很聪明,离开了。那个小伙子说他什么都能帮我。我坚持要换,结果他给了我一间更小的房间,房间又脏又暗。折叠沙发很脏,床单和枕头上都有污渍,我们醒来时发现身上还有好多咬痕。房间糟透了!还有早餐,哈哈!那是一个永远空着的咖啡壶,放在壁炉架上,周围都是垃圾!工作人员甚至连咖啡都无法保持干净。周围总是空无一人。这地方糟透了,我很失望这个网站竟然隐藏了差评,只把好评放在最前面。这不是酒店,而是公寓楼,因为显然这里一直有人住。
床还不错,小厨房很方便,但希望有个烤箱。
有很多很响的跺脚/敲击声(?),不知道是什么声音,但声音很大,而且很吵。
淋浴水压最多也就是毛毛细雨,浴室的油漆严重剥落。
我预订了4晚,但因为失业,只住了2晚就不得不退房。(我经常出差……)
我和前台工作人员谈过了,他们告诉我必须联系第三方应用程序。我联系了他们,他们声称必须获得酒店的许可。
我提交了工单,让应用程序联系酒店……几天后,我收到了一封电子邮件,说经过多次尝试,他们无法与酒店达成协议,而且我不会收到退款。
柜台没人,我去帮忙的时候,他们说话不清楚,声音也不够大。我帮他们的时候,他们停下来,带走了另一个顾客,然后开始帮他们,还把我推到一边。房间很不干净。床底下的地板看起来好像没动过,有碎卫生纸,电视里还有污渍和蟑螂爬出来。
最初安排给我的房间很脏,地板上到处都是脏乱的东西。到处都是食物和垃圾,床也没铺好。我要求换一间房,结果换了一间更干净的房间,并承诺免费提供1-2晚住宿,以让客人满意。但退房时我提出要求,却没有得到这样的承诺。没有客房清洁服务。一切都是自助的,基本上就是短期住在公寓里。即使是更干净的房间,走进去也会有股臭味。除此之外,房间位置不错,基本生活用品齐全:床、浴室、小厨房、电视和空调。
他们重新铺床,却没有换床单!
刚到的时候很满意。工作人员很友好,很有礼貌。我要求多拿一些床单,好让我的朋友睡在折叠床上。但是,当我拉开主床的床单时,你可以清楚地看到床单被用过,不仅如此,床单上还有食物碎屑,床单靠墙的那一侧也有。我们用多拿来的床单重新铺了床,然后共用一张大床。当时我们没有向酒店反映,因为我们当时正处于严重的时差反应中,而且已经穿着睡衣了。早上投诉了,但他们似乎并不在意。房间里有一个小厨房,但里面什么也没有。甚至连咖啡机、锅或塑料勺都没有。什么都没有!
房间很漂亮,但破损且噪音很大
319房间的门把手坏了,所以只有向上抬起才能打开。空调风扇噪音很大,酒店里很多人养狗,狗整夜乱叫。除此之外,房间很棒。
外面很脏,有很多水瓶和垃圾,水槽下没有厨房垃圾桶。沙发床没有床单和毯子,有时我开门的时候卡不工作,问题很多。需要解决问题,谢谢

第一天晚上,我们把披萨带回房间,结果凌晨两点就醒了,发现披萨上到处都是蟑螂。第二天早上我们换了房间。真是糟糕的经历
