Keycard didn’t work more than twice, I’ll be expecting a full refund as I didn’t even get to sleep there for the night because again, the keycard didn’t work more than twice so I ended up being locked out at night with no one to contact about getting into the room

One of the worst places I've had the unfortunate luck to stay in. Dirty. Leaky toilets (heard guest complaints), elevator so loud that I wasn't sure I would make it to my floor successfully or safely, no breakfast, not even coffee in the rooms or lobby. While the TV turned on, I couldn't get it to work using the on-screen instructions, guest laundry cost $5 per load in both washer and dryer, but no supplies available (had to find a Walmart to purchase), extra fees to rent cooking and eating utensils, internet wasn't working until my second day there and then an extra charge for higher speed.
My stay was a total disappointment as the best part was that the hotel wasn't a tent. Will never stay at this property again and will avoid other properties in this chain.

This property appears to be circling the drain. The room we stayed in had peeling paint throughout. They have cut all amenities including breakfast, coffee, and even shampoo. A single bar of soap is all that is on offer.
With all that said, the room was clean. Management no longer cares about this place, but some cleaning person still takes their job seriously.

The hotel felt tired. Late night check in took longer than it should have, since they close down the desk. Had it not been for another guest letting us in, we would have been left standing in the vestibule for 10+ minutes. Cigarette smoke smell in hallway..

The worst hotel experience ever. I reserved a king bed room and was given a room with 2 full/queen beds, the floor was sticky, there was some unidentified white goo splattered on the chair, light switches and cabinets in the kitchen were dirty and sticky, food splattered on the ceiling, people outside loitering in the parking lot at weird hours of the night. I was traveling solo and didn’t feel safe OR clean at this place and after the first night I ended up staying somewhere else even though it was non refundable. 100% would not recommend. PHOTOS ON THE WEBSITE ARE MISLEADING

We expected a full kitchen and chose the place because of it, but were very disappointed to find that it was empty of any utensils, dishes, mugs, or pots. We even had to buy a coffemaker. Won't stay there again.
