Awesome breakfast buffet and very friendly restaurant staff. Valet parking and conveniently located about 15 minutes from the airport. Only complaint was no hot water on my last morning and front desk did nothing to address it. I would stay again. Very clean and quiet and safe!

太糟糕了！
这是我住过最差、最硬、最痒的床。没有热水。打电话给前台，结果形同虚设。他们让我们放水10-15分钟就会有热水。骗人的！水反而更冷了！！以后再也不会来了。
这是我第二次入住这家酒店，第一次是2024年11月，第二次是2025年5月。两次入住时酒店都在装修，这倒没什么，但是我入住的时候已经是深夜了，浴室竟然一点都不干净！！！我简直恶心透了！浴室门上有一根长头发，台面上好像还残留着化妆品，而且浴室地垫还是湿的！我立刻打电话到楼下反映情况，但当时太累了，就直接去睡觉了。第二天早上7点半离开酒店，出门前直接去了前台，再次强调我下午2点回来之前，浴室必须彻底清洁，并且散发着漂白剂的味道。结果我回来的时候，房间竟然一动不动！！！当时我还是累得不行，就要求换房间睡觉！他们什么也没做，只是把我换到了一间最近升级过的房间。我在这家酒店待了不到36个小时，每晚200多美元，这样的体验绝对不值！！！以后不会再住这里了。
两位不同的前台工作人员都告诉我房价包含早餐。但退房时却说早餐还要另外付费。而且，他们还说我得先付早餐钱才能帮我验证停车票。真是太令人失望了。
非常干净。但是……非常吵闹。装修是一回事，但周边繁忙的活动让人感觉嘈杂、拥挤，很不舒服。员工态度很好，但需要接受真正的客户服务培训。就这个价格而言，还是住别的地方吧。
非常棒的酒店，位置中心。早餐和健身房都很棒。
