Room was clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Staff were friendly and responsive. Only thing was we had to ask for towels. Only had one hand towel in the room. Also had no shampoo just soap.

Staff was wonderful. Upon arrival, our room was 54degrees. Maintenance attempted to get heat working. We were eventually moved to another room. We missed dinnertime. Heard another room same situation. Obviously, upgrades needed.

I was in the hospital, called to cancel the room. They said there system was down. The room was never cancelled. I left messages, emailed and texted to cancel the room. Crickets. Then I received a message asking how my check in and my first night was. I sent a message back that the room should have been cancelled. I have sent numerous messages and they refuse to refund my money!
