Classic upscale resort without being pretentious. Found it very warm and inviting. Small overlooked areas around the exterior of the Hotel could use some attention/cleanup, but overall very excellent.

Please keep the pool/ hot tub open later!! 9pm is quite early to close these. Also, our coffee was not replenished with room cleaning and we had to wait over 45 min for someone to bring us some.

I want to think that my recent experience at this “5 star” resort was an anomaly, but I have to be honest about it with hope that some changes will be implemented to ensure others are not met with the same disappointment I was for the price point we pay for a place like this.
