Great spot with amazing views. Loved the gym, coffee shop and restaurant. My room felt old but was nice and clean and had an amazing view.

We were placed in a room right above the ballroom on the fourth floor, which had an event on Saturday night. We were not warned of the event or that there might me a noise issue. Despite advertising quiet hours after 10:00 pm, we heard loud music until midnight that kept us up. We weren’t able to sleep and got little sleep our first nights stay. It was quite disappointing that they would book us in a room that clearly is not insulated from events that are occurring in the ballroom. For one night of our stay, it was not worth the price. We also tried to make reservations through the concierge desk for Limewood and talked to a gentleman that took down our information. When we arrived at limewood, they did not have our reservation.
We received massages at the spa the next day and we had amazing encounters for the spa. We both enjoyed our massages and the experience overall.

Claremont staff were all gracious, warm, engaging, helpful. Interactions did not feel like "corporate cordiality", instead were spontaneous and natural.
When we checked in, a birthday card and gourmet cookies and sparkling water awaited us in our room. The room was spacious and well appointed with a fabulous distant view of the bay, SF and Bay Bridge.
The spa and club were conveniently located with many fitness options. We swam laps every morning before breakfast.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel itself feels a little dated but we really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.
