Beds were very comfy, staff was friendly and great water pressure.
Bathroom door did not close and would open while inside. There was a plastic fork lodged inside of the sink and was cracked. The toilet flush handle would pop out if you touched it, had to fiddle with it in order to close it. Could use another trashcan inside the room other than the mini one beside the front door.
Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

This was by far the dirtiest most disgusting hotel room I have ever stayed in. We left as soon as we could and checked into a different hotel. We had a room right across from the snack machines. There were about 10 leaking and smelly trash bags beside the ice maker which was beside the snack machine and all were swimming in trash juice water. Our sheets were dirty (dirt where your feet go under the covers so either dirty or stained). The interior of the room was gross. I accidently dropped my toothbrush on the counter and just threw it away. This place needs to be bulldozed and just start over. The room STUNK something AWFUL of cigarette smoke, week and BO (was a "non-smoking" room). My daughter wanted to sleep in the car. This place ... I cannot even explain. People walked by the room back and forth all night. I didn't feel very safe. It was just an awful experience.

This place was completely unacceptable. The room was in terrible condition, worse than what would be suitable even for animals. It looked like it had been neglected and misused for years, and I would never allow my dogs, let alone people, to stay there. Highly disappointing and not at all what was advertised.

Our room smelled terrible- a mixture of smoke and old mildew. The carpet was dirty and stained in areas. The one positive was the bed appeared clean and comfortable. Overall this place was old and run down- in need of an up date.

我不知道，但周一我到的时候，前台要我付100英镑押金，上次他们没要，我想如果他们要的话，酒店收费的时候应该会直接扣掉。说实话，我不喜欢这样。我住过其他酒店，他们甚至都没要过这笔押金。
