Beautiful hotel with a nice sports bar/restaurant. Has a pool table, golf simulator and swimming pool. Had exceptional customer service with the airport shuttle; thank you Jason! Highly recommend!

I had to pick my family member at the airport at 2 AM. We went to sleep and at 7:30 aAM a staff member knocked once on my door then came right in without waiting for an answer. Very ups

The room was very clean, nice modern decor, comfy bed, easy quick check in and out. It was nice having a Starbucks in the building too!

Great location for attending events at the PAC with a decent selection of restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was not free but good choices and excellent service.

Room is nice, staff very friendly & helpful. Location is good. Getting to the check-in desk from the parking garage is not totally seamless if you have more than a suitcase per person or large items. The walkway leads to an escalator that takes you right to the desk but there's no way to take a luggage cart from the parking garage into the hotel (you can go down to the street but that entrance to the hotel has 5 or so steps to go up or you take the escalator). They do have a sign that says to use the phone next to the escalator to call staff if you need assistance with luggage.

The room was so clean and comfortable. I love the little detail they had on the TV when we walked in the room. Bathroom was really clean. Check in and check out Staff were very nice and friendly. Everything was great and we had a really nice day Next time. I am in Appleton. I will definitely stay here.

Always a wonderful place to stay in Appleton. Lots of places to eat, and shops to check out. Our go to for trips up to Lambeau. Look no further. Hotel has friendly staff, super comfortable beds, clean rooms, pool, restaurant and Starbucks in lobby. Will not even bother looking elsewhere. ~ bro jeff

The temperature in my hotel room was freezing, and I could not raise it no matter what I tried. I also didn’t have the option to turn the fan off, so I was cold all night! I also attended a conference all day on Friday in salon C and we were freezing in there until lunchtime!!!
