I was disappointed as they stopped serving breakfast at 9.00 without previous notice. But staff was kind enough to give an apple and milk for coffee. And also i was told by cleaning staff to request clean the room before 3.00 on a previous day

The room was very clean. The diningbare for breakfast was excellent as was the lobby. The breakfast was very good. The only noticeable thing was that the lobby was very warm when we first entered the hotel. The temperature of our room was great, nice and cool.

I stay here everytime I visit Houston. TX ...it's close to my favorite restaurant and my home church.

房间总体挺舒服的，商务出差挺方便的
我们在这家酒店住了3晚。从通往客房的走廊开始，第一印象就有些复杂（地毯上有黏糊糊的污渍），因为有股难闻的气味。这种气味在房间里得到了证实（地毯有很重的灰尘味，空调吹出霉味）。床垫很软，而且会晃动，毛巾也不好闻。早餐一般（茶很难喝，没有热牛奶，松饼机也几乎不能用，总是卡住）。清洁度有待提高。
我对这家酒店非常失望……他们收了我115美元的损坏费……但实际上根本没有任何损坏。当我询问这些费用是什么的时候……他们说是因为床单上有污渍，而且可能洗不掉。请注意，我们住了两晚三天，期间根本没有客房服务。第二天晚上之后，我们向前台要了干净床单，自己换的……那些旧床单在被放进客房服务员的脏衣篮时，根本没有任何明显的污渍。但酒店坚持说他们有照片，并且会把照片发到我的邮箱，结果他们根本没发。我尝试对这笔费用提出异议，但没有人像他们承诺的那样联系我。
我们住得很愉快。房间很干净。早餐很棒。周边区域也很安全，没有那种乱七八糟的地方。
房间空调声音有点大。
总的来说，还是挺不错的！
去Smart Financial Center的绝佳地点！从IAH机场过来很方便，住得很舒服。强烈推荐给需要快速过夜住宿的人。
