Courteous staff. 1st room’s TV not working; we were promptly moved to another room. Hot breakfast was very good. Great access to/from highway.

Gross, filthy and moldy. Mold in the bathroom. The fridge quit working and my food spoiled, staff didn’t care. Woke up to the floor being wet and my bags and clothes were wet, staff didn’t care. Horrible hotel

Room 107 was our first room and it had water in the sink because the device to open and close the sink plug was broken. We had to ask for a different room

Hallways and elevator area were dirty.
Stayed 3 nights and received no room service. Had to go to the front desk to ask for clean towels.
Front desk initially sent me to a room that was already occupied. Scared / surprised the occupants.
Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Sink was slow draining.
Overall - I will not be using this hotel again on future trips.

The staff was courteous. The room is not clean. The air filter is in desperate need of changing. Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are full of water. There was hair on the shower curtain, tub, and shower walls.

I have read some of negative reviews about this place, but I don’t understand that at all. The hotel is nice. The front desk staff are professional and very helpful. And the pricing especially through ******* is very very reasonable.

Mildew in bathroom. Finding TV channels was impossible. No coffee pot in room. Hand towels for one person (booked 2 guests in room). Ice maker didn’t work very well. $35 to check in early is ridiculous! Refrigerator didn’t work. No ice bucket in room. No shampoo.
We will not book at a Wyndham again.
