Unfortunately in room 207 there was very visible mold in the bathroom. The television did not work work. There was a hole in the adjoining room door we covered with a towel. There was hair on the sheets when I pulled the covers back. I wiped down the phone, remote and bedside table and the cloth was filthy. I took pictures because when we told the manager she stated "since it took you so long to report it we will not reimburse the payment" We got in really late Friday evening but told her 1st thing in the morning as we checked out.
We did bear in mind the hurricane, hiwever that room should not be sold to anyone until its repaired.

Was a decent place to stay, no sidewalks nearby to go walking though. Housekeeping went into room with no disturb sign on door, took all our towels and didn’t replace them. No phone in room to call to desk.

Everything was very good. A minor problem was dealing with clients who did not have a vehicle. The staff had no idea about finding a taxi for clients.

Bed is hard. Me and my fiancé were in the pool being VERY sfw and a woman came in and told us to keep it PG. will not return mainly because of the hard bed

I stayed at Clarion for park and fly. I had an early flight. I decided to spend the night at a hotel and why not one that allows you to leave your car for a fee. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. I caught the van to the airport at 5:45 am. The driver was great. He helped me with my bag and we had a wonderful conversation all the way to the airport. The return was the same. I never had to touch my suitcase. The driver put it right into my trunk and it was heavy. And we talked the whole Drive. I would definitely stay there again. The only thing that kept me from giving it straight five stars was construction around the property. I wouldn't have walked anywhere. But I was alone. I didn't make a comment about shopping. But there is a lot of shopping in the area. I just was there to spend the night and fly. I will use them again.

Hotel in subpar condition that served a purpose
My daughter’s team chose this hotel for the team and their families to stay. Although the room served its purpose of somewhere to sleep the room and hotel was in poor condition. The carpet was stained, room was not super clean, fridge wasn’t clean. Several of the families had to request multiple rooms due to them being very dirty (blood on walls, bugs, food on floor). Breakfast was decent. I would highly
Suggest getting rid of the carpets in the rooms, they are just too nasty. This hotel could be good but there needs to be a lot of renovations done.
