The only thing we would say needs attention is the mattress on the pullout. It has lots of old stains on it, but otherwise everything was very nice! Overall- it was a good experience!

Housekeeping ignored my room and only made up my bed 1 day out of 5. Front desk staff were unavailable when I checked out early and never even answered the bell. Housekeeper actually removed dirty towels one day without replacing them and left bed unmade.

The first room my son was in was next to a very disturbing and loud party next door. Thankfully when he asked to be moved, he was given a new room. Much appreciated.

Wifi doesn’t work. Barely clean and rather run down. Very past its prime and being held together with a smaller budget than what is needed to keep it in a standard condition.
