Check in was a breeze. Was told by front desk staff there was a wine happy hour that evening and coffee and tea in the AM. The restaurant connecting was delicious and you could charge to your room.
Room was huge and beautiful. Large soaking tub IN the shower area so any splashes went right down the drain. Water pressure was perfect and the tub temp was great. Provided soaps made for the perfect bubble bath after a day of touring.
The only downside was there was no HLN channel to watch Forensic Files which is my go-to when I’m traveling.

just wanna start off and say thank you for the room upgrade and the complementary drinks and the room is superb the bathtub. The bathroom is amazing. The bed and the linens are clean and comfortable and the room decor is pretty awesome walking around are lots of Philadelphia monuments and it’s near a bunch of Steven star restaurants and bars. It’s an incredible space.

room was nice however there was dust on light fixtures definitely could be cleaner in those areas in by the bed and in bathroom

Room needed vaccuming, the toilet was noisy and it got clogged. The room was comfy but you could tell it needed a bitnif maintenance. I would stay there again with my family.

房间不错，比较舒适，公园景观房好，但是有内庭无景观的房间，是便宜几百元，看个人情况需要先了解清楚，网上介绍不够清楚，我们是到了酒店发现对着内庭再加费用换的，还好有房间。
我今年十九，一个人出来旅行，来费城读宾大，看这个酒店不错就选了ta。酒店在老城区，一开始看到好多黑人搞得我有点害怕，起鸡皮疙瘩，结果都很nice，瞬间就放心了。我在一个一般般的床上研究了三个小时微积分，总体来说很不错吧，很适合留子暂住。
非常棒的酒店，就在费城市中心。步行游览城市非常方便。房间设计很有特色，员工也很乐于助人。
住得还不错。不过酒店重复扣费了，因为Trip.com也收了我的钱。真是奇怪。
地理位置优越，前台人员友好热情。房间每天都打扫，这在美国酒店里并不常见。公共区域清洁度一般，没什么特别的。房间里提供铝制水瓶，8美元，可以续杯带走。
我很少见到如此糟糕的代客泊车服务，代客泊车服务员的粗鲁令人费解。
