维护不善,很脏
我们入住后,房间一股烟味,本来应该是无烟房间,但外面吸烟的人把房间弄得脏兮兮的,房间一点也不干净。入住大约一小时后,我们找到了另一个住处,然后就退房了。
不会再住这里了
好吧,我知道一分钱一分货,但我还是觉得我付的太多了。首先,我到的时候电脑坏了,所以在经历了漫长而疲惫的一天后,晚上11点左右我没法入住,只能等着。然后,当我入住的时候,酒店只有两层楼,没有电梯。我不得不拖着行李爬上两段陡峭的楼梯。房间比较好。复合地板。那时我太累了,累得晕倒了。然后我周六一大早就出门去参加儿子的毕业典礼,晚上8点回来发现我的房间钥匙卡不能用了。我不得不重新上楼再下楼。周日退房前我尽可能晚地待着,因为我想去一个11点才开门的地方。所以我把一些东西拿到车上(因为要爬楼梯,所以没能一次跑完),然后上楼去拿行李箱,10点40分的时候,卡又不能用了。退房时间是11点,但他们说我的卡可能没用,因为离退房时间太近了。简直是一派胡言。还要注意大堂、楼梯和走廊的地毯看起来真的很脏。注意床很干净,毛巾也很干净。很高兴我大部分时间都在楼梯上睡觉和锻炼。
我唯一需要的就是睡眠!
首先,前台客服很棒,他们非常热情周到。话虽如此,这家酒店确实比较老旧,需要翻新一下。我的房间非常干净。走廊很暗,地毯有股怪味。早餐他们会给你一个棕色的袋子。停车位很多。价格便宜,我们睡得又好又安全。这就是我两天住宿所需要的一切。
糟糕的体验
我的特大床房被酒店免费赠送了。我订的房间是两张双人床,房间里满是烟味。淋浴间脏乱差,令人作呕。酒店应该有微波炉,结果没有。我以为会提供欧陆式早餐,结果只有一袋果汁和一个苹果。这家酒店的清洁、气味和服务都很糟糕,绝对不推荐。我再也不会预订这家酒店了,而且我经常去匹兹堡。
千万别来!
抵达时前台人员心不在焉,态度粗鲁。房费全款付清后,他们坚持要求支付一笔未公布的押金,结果我得等上两周才能拿到退款。早餐包含在房费里(广告里说的),结果却发现咖啡只是温的。没有食物。退房时,服务员态度很差,毫无客户服务意识。
服务太差了,我们到了房间,却发现根本没办法解决。入住期间,我们多次要求维修,但没人帮忙,马桶冲不出来,也没人来。墙上有洞,客房服务也没人来。
根据其他人使用管道的时间,淋浴的水温会在滚烫和冰冷之间交替变化;房间里没有与咖啡机配套的杯子,房间里的纸巾架是空的,而且根本没有早餐,尽管酒店描述说提供“清淡早餐”。
前台服务员办事效率低,态度也不好。大楼部分区域因维修而封闭,看起来不太安全。走廊里弥漫着氯气、霉味和香烟味。房间本身还不错,整体环境也还不错。
