墙壁上有一块污渍，浴室清洁得可以再好点。枕头不太舒服。但所有员工都非常友好。我觉得这个价格来说，性价比还不错。

很好，早餐很差劲就是了，主要离学校比较近，房间相对来说也没那么干净，设施整体也比较旧，嗯凑字数来了来了
附近没有娱乐场所，只有一家餐厅。如果您打算乘公交车出行，那还好，但这家酒店并不适合步行。
前往附近购物中心的公交车非常方便，因为它就在酒店门口停靠。
房间配备了基本设施。然而，不知何故，房间里没有电视。有些客人大声说话，音乐音量也很大，我们都能听到。
房子状况不佳。走廊地毯污渍斑斑，大楼和大堂也相当破旧。他们确实尝试过布置一个充满大学氛围的房间来改善环境。
房间里的枕头非常小，像旧沙发枕头一样方方正正。我们问前台，前台没有多余的枕头，可能是因为每个人都需要额外的。
浴室很干净，虽然有一个安装好的假塑料淋浴间。但非常干净。
这次住宿最棒的部分是早餐室，那里有很多选择。
总的来说，这次住宿体验很棒。虽然酒店就在特拉华大学对面，但周边环境不算太好。周围偶尔会遇到乞丐和一些奇怪的人，但酒店本身也不错。至于酒店本身，它比附近的其他酒店要老一些，但我觉得房间很不错，虽然松树空气清新剂的味道有点重。这家酒店值得额外加一颗星，因为前台的女士非常友好热情。我需要使用“商务中心”（这有点误导，其实只是一台iPad）来打印，但打印机无法使用。不过，这位女士人非常好，尽管我需要填写很多表格，但她还是同意我用酒店的打印机打印。她非常理解我。床、淋浴等等，对于短暂的几晚来说，都还不错。
我八月份住了三晚，非常喜欢这里安静的地理位置、干净的环境、舒适的床，以及方便前往纽瓦克商业区和餐厅的便利位置。我很乐意再次入住，尤其是在UD不开课的时候，周围环境非常安静。
床和枕头太不舒服了，我只睡了3-4个小时。睡在窗边，能听到街上的所有噪音。墙很薄，我能听到楼上人们的脚步声和流水声。建议预订顶层和大楼后方的房间。
我的住宿体验还不错。这里的员工很友好，但不太干净，所有东西都很陈旧。我去健身房的时候，椭圆机坏了。没有足够的器材来好好锻炼。
靠近I95公路，非常适合旅行者。价格实惠，设施齐全。每个房间都配有独特的太空时代独立淋浴间，不过它确实漏水，把瓷砖地板都弄脏了！
