The room had roaches,the room was dirty and not clean,the toilet didn’t work and looked dirty as well as the sink and shower .

Horrible horrible horrible
The room was disgustingly dirty. Mold in the shower not swept food crumbs under one of the beds. Two hairs were found one on the bed one on the bathtub. One of the beds had a big dip in it so you could not sleep comfortably on it. The bathroom sink was clogged if you ran the water it would back up into the sink. The microwave was disgusting it looked like it was burned inside. There was rust on things in the refrigerator and where the towels sat.

Bathroom full of mold. Mold around kitchen counter and fridge was filthy. They did give a refund but we had to find another hotel

It was a worst experience. The microwave was not working, fleas flying in room, smoking smell in a non smoking room. Complained to staff but no attention at all and careless.

This property is poorly advertised. I showed up after hours and there was no person at a front desk or check in window. The description of the property specifically said that there was availability to check into hours. After 3 phone calls to the number provided at the check-in window, somebody finally answered of whom I could hardly understand. And finally, their verbiage was understandable, and they said they were on their way. Five to ten minutes later, after standing there in a sketchy neighborhood with my young son, I decided to leave as I did not feel safe. So I cannot rate the quality of the room as I did not even give it a chance. You certainly don't get the warm fuzzies when you walk up to the place!

While the customer service was A1. The property itself was run down. The room reeked of strong smoke as soon as I opened the door I couldn't take it. Also there were men hanging out on the stairs and smoking cigarettes outside while you're trying to get to your room while whistling at me: I just didn't feel safe on the back side. The bedding was old and dirty looking.

差到极致!!!到了酒店却被告知没有房间了。等了两个小时,然后又被告知我在“请勿打扰”名单上。简直胡说八道!
我在网上预订了一间房,结果换到的房间和我预订的完全不一样。冰箱生锈漏水。电视坏了,所以维修人员必须修理才能使用。窗帘上到处都是洞。淋浴器在流水时发出很大的噪音。住在其他房间的其他顾客很无礼,不尊重个人空间。他们走到我的车前,和我交谈,不停地敲门,争吵。我住的整个期间,垃圾都没有收走。我唯一要说的积极一点是,所有的员工都很好,而且价格便宜。
