Room was uninhabitable. ***** hair on bed and around the bathroom. Mold and water stains on the ceiling. Furniture was dirty. Room smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. The room was booked for my employees that were traveling for work. My employees immediately left and rebooked at a different hotel.

I will never ever stay there. It’s dirty, has a bad smell ( like smoke) and seems unsafe. I wouldn’t stay there even if it was free.

Step, Miss Doris and Miss Renee are always on point and extremely hospitable! They make check in very convenient and quick! They always have a great attitude and to ne attitude determines whether or not I will return to a place!!! Great team of amazing ladies at this property!

I love the stay everytime but the lock on the door in room 117 I stayed in wasn't working properly. Other than that it was an awesome experience!

The front desk staff Stephanie I believe her name was. She was amazing! Very professional,very friendly and she did go above and beyond. However I changed rooms four times just to get a decent one. The first one was horrible111. It wasn't clean and had a horrible odor. Then the second one had a bad odor as well and the bathroom was horrible116. With mold on the knobs and the tub was peeling and just nasty. The 3rd room was nicer no smell 154 but the refrigerator cord was burnt up in the socket and was popping. The last one I actually stayed in was nice. No smells,cleaner and looked like newer appliances.

差到极致!!!到了酒店却被告知没有房间了。等了两个小时,然后又被告知我在“请勿打扰”名单上。简直胡说八道!
我在网上预订了一间房,结果换到的房间和我预订的完全不一样。冰箱生锈漏水。电视坏了,所以维修人员必须修理才能使用。窗帘上到处都是洞。淋浴器在流水时发出很大的噪音。住在其他房间的其他顾客很无礼,不尊重个人空间。他们走到我的车前,和我交谈,不停地敲门,争吵。我住的整个期间,垃圾都没有收走。我唯一要说的积极一点是,所有的员工都很好,而且价格便宜。
