You can tell this property has been there for a while. While the floors had been upgraded, it still has popcorn ceilings, the tv size was small (appeared to be less than 32") and kitchen area needs an upgrade (extra small microwave & old cabinets. While the bathroom commode was upgraded, the tub needs to be refinished or replaced. There was no complimentary coffee/tea in the room nor a coffee pot.
The staff were very friendly and helpful which was a huge plus.

Sleepless in Huntsville
I value quiet sleeping conditions so my next door neighbor kept their tv on all night . It was not real loud but just enough to disurb my sleep all night long. I called the front desk and said he would look into it. No resolution happened. Th next morning I asked the front desk what the policy was and she said they would not force anyone to turn off their tv and advised me not to request a guest to turn off their tv. Should be a strict quiet time policy.
