入住时,前台的Nate先生态度极其粗鲁,不愿回答任何问题。之后,我看了房间,要求换一间,但他拒绝了,说他们只有这间,“你可以走了”。
走廊里弥漫着难闻的气味,我们房间里的冰箱坏了,味道令人作呕。我们预订了一张特大床,结果给了一张看起来像双人床的大床。空调也坏了,我们打电话给前台,告知所有问题并要求换一间新房间,前台却说没有空房,他会过来检查一下空调。他根本没来。这是我住过最糟糕的酒店。我查了酒店网站,发现还有空房。前台的工作人员反应迟钝,看起来像是新来的,而且不太乐于助人。
我们住的房间里弥漫着浓重的印度食物味。我们告诉了前台,他们却说无能为力。之前的客人是印度人,说没有其他空房了。他们在前台放了一罐空气清新剂,说我可以去拿。服务员拒绝当面和我说话。
非常不满意
炉灶上没有锅碗瓢盆,办理入住花了一个多小时,把我的预订搞混了,他们给我重新预订了,还把责任推到**********身上(我从来没有遇到过你们这种问题),把我的大床房降级为两张单人床,没有退款,我的手机比电视还大,我的钥匙被拒绝进入自动售货机房,我进去后发现自动售货机坏了!
远离!
“不太好”,房间有异味,房卡每天都出问题。咖啡很快就用完了,而且不续杯。有一晚停车场挤满了因家庭纠纷而来的警察。前台工作人员似乎对客人漠不关心。总的来说,体验不太好。
再也不来了
房间干净,但需要翻新。梳妆台损坏,马桶漏水,淋浴喷头出水量小,木地板需要更换。虽然看起来很干净,但感觉很脏,如果这说得通的话。孩子们在前门大喊大叫,乱搞,而妈妈在外面抽烟。自动售货机坏了。不得不戴耳塞才能入睡。再也不会来这里了。如果您负担得起,如果您想要干净舒适,请花更多钱住更高评级的酒店。有时贪便宜并不值得专程旅行。
我喜欢这家酒店交通便利,价格也非常实惠。我不喜欢烟味,因为我对烟味非常敏感/过敏,所以在那里的时候我的鼻子和眼睛一直在流鼻涕。总的来说,工作人员都很体贴周到。
