I don’t recommend unless perhaps you’re staying long term, have an inexpensive rate & you intend on buying all food including coffee. Amenities are free parking & friendly staff.

I had particular requirements for my room. I needed a kitchen and I had a price requirement. Both were met. The staff were incredibly nice and kind, easily reachable and answered all my questions easily. However, this is not a property I'd stay at again. While the rooms were clean, for the most part - the floor could've used more sweeping and mopping, they were dark and had only a small window for light. Not many upgrades made any time recently, and the stove in the unit didn't work well (took me 20 - 30 minutes to brown sausage in a pan, no joke). I needed a full kitchen and while it did have an oven, the stove gave me no hope that the oven would work either. The walls were incredibly thin so I heard housekeeping outside my door and in the hallway as well as my neighbor upstairs. The area was walkable though, and had beautiful trees so I did walk a bit. There was a yoga studio right across the street and a Trader Joe's just up the way.

Our check in was slow. The hotel room was run down and not clean. Linens were clean, but floors, walls, bathroom, and kitchen were dirty. Overall the place was rundown. When we found what seemed to be a bed bug in the morning, the front desk attendant met us with annoyance. They were rude and asked, "what do you want us to do?". Only as an afterthought did they come up to the room after we were trying to get ready to leave. We weren't left with many options booking last minute. However, id wished we'd have booked a more expensive hotel and saved ourselves headaches and worries.

The area of the hotel is very nice, lots of restaurants and even a grocery store. Staff was friendy and very helpful.
The hotel itself was not the cleanest unfortunately, hallways had a bad smell so did the elevator. Had to switch rooms too due to first room not being cleaned properly and smell of cigarette.

Unfortunately our room was not cleaned very well. There were dirty towels under the bed. The floor seemed very dirty.
