Club Wyndham Nashville is awful! It is far below Wyndham's normal standards although their standards continue to decline. It's tiny, It smells stale. There are stains on the sofa and bedroom carpet. The toilet seat doesn't fit. The bathroom is small like a cheap hotel. And the exterior walls are so thin we could hear every word of the conversation between two women outside of our bedroom. One of the outdoor pools were down. The elevator smells and take forever. The "cable" is crappy which goes perfectly with the grainy television channels. Had I known how bad this "resort" was I would have booked at the Hilton. At check-in, I asked for the new 2015-2026 catalog and I was told I can only get it if we attended a meeting. As "owners" who pay a monthly maintenance fee, we should automatically get a catalog for free but Wyndham is greedy. As an owner, I would not recommend this brand to a single soul.

Just checked in for a 3 nt stay. Was charged $111.00 for housekeeping upfront. I asked if room will be cleaned and was told NO. What the hell did I pay for? I was told its in my reservation agreement. Regardless they are charging for something Im not receiving. In true Wyndham fashion when you check in you then have to go to the concierge desk to "complete your check in", which is just a way to pressure you into going to a time share demonstration. The room is just ok. Pretty outdated. I've definitely stayed at nicer resorts. Shower leaks all over the bathroom floor and has water coming out from behind the floor molding. Had to use our towels ( that werent getting replaced despite $111 fee) to clean up the water. Wonderful having to do the resorts laundry so we could have clean towels. Shower spout cover is hanging. Kitchen appliances old. Wrong size cabinet door on kitchen drawer. Floors and walls are paper thin. You can hear everything coming from surrounding rooms. Walking to our room there were cigarette butts all over the ground and some garbage as well. Maybe they should invest some of the money from the phony housekeeping charges and make some improvements to the property. Theres a shuttle that leaves from the property that the concierge try to push on you to use. Its $15 per person. I was told at check in this is the BEST way to get to downtown because parking can be $20 PER HOUR. Well we went downtown and parked at Music City Center, which I recommend. We were there all day, arrived at 11am and left at 9pm. Parking fee for entire day was $25. Picture w the rates attached. Dont let the concierge sucker you in. I am a Hilton Grand Vacation member but booked this stay through RCI. This is the last time staying at ANY Wyndam property. Its always the same relentless pressure by the resort, they just dont take no as an answer. BTW before you book anything with a Wyndham resort look at the reviews. Search Wyndham Time Share Reviews, you'll see how bad they are. BTW heres an update, its 10am the morning after check in and the room phone rings. It was someone from the resort asking if we had made any reservations yet and they could get us free or discounted tickets IF WE SIGNED UP for some new program they were promoting. These people are relentless and really dont know how to just let people enjoy their getaway.
