We loved the food in restaurant & shuttle service to airport. Also room was very clean & comfortable.

The shuttle driver was the best part of our stay! Dont forget to tip your driver. Hotels is outdated with decor, but still a decent place to lay your head down.

Called 6 times for shuttle
Pickup from the airport(the reason I stay at this hotel) it was 1am and the phone was obviously picked up and hung up immediately. I continued this fiasco for 30 min!! Finally I called a cab and paid $28 to get to the hotel. The girl said they had a new phone system. When that excuse didn’t fly, she said she went to the bathroom. Needless to say I won’t stay here anymore. DO YOUR JOB! Otherwise this hotel is suitable.

TV didn’t work, front desk employee scoffed at my marathon time after insisting I tell her how long it took me, pillows were tiny which sounds silly but my boyfriend and I have big heads I swear these were so small.

It was convenient for me to stay there but I will not choose that hotel again. Room was ok and bed was comfortable. Apart from that the staff were I arrived were pretty useless. A lady was sitting down to the side behind the front desk looking at her phone. Didn’t look up when I came in so I didn’t think she was working there so I was just waiting until someone said her name and she finally looked up, and got up to help me. She wasn’t sure how to proceed with my reservation regarding payment since I had reserved with *******. She got another lady to help who ended up being as confused as she was. Handing me my room key, she didn’t say anything about breakfast or WiFi or anything. So that’s very poor service in my opinion. The next morning when I went down for breakfast (which was in the hotel restaurant so not a buffet), no one was there, after waiting a while I went to the reception to inquire, and one of the guys said it was closed. Confused I told him the doors were opened and there was a customer in there but no staff. He went down there with me, and after looking everywhere he couldn’t find anyone in there to help either. So I gave up and went back to my room to pack up and leave. What an awfully staffed place!

这家酒店根本不应该营业。它脏乱不堪,员工明显超负荷工作。咖啡厅的信用卡读卡器坏了,他们只好把客人转到前台,而前台只有一个工作人员(尽管当时同时举办着三个会议),所以想买瓶水都要等45分钟。办理入住也花了45分钟以上。
整个酒店弥漫着一股令人作呕的气味,到处都是灰尘和污垢。房间里弥漫着一股陈年烟味。窗户脏得只能勉强看到外面的影子。
房间宽敞舒适。入住办理顺利,停车也很方便。离机场很近。餐厅服务员态度很好,但氛围不如照片上那么好。食物一般。
房间没有打扫或者浴巾每天都换。
我自己去前台取浴巾。
