TV didn’t work, front desk employee scoffed at my marathon time after insisting I tell her how long it took me, pillows were tiny which sounds silly but my boyfriend and I have big heads I swear these were so small.

It was convenient for me to stay there but I will not choose that hotel again. Room was ok and bed was comfortable. Apart from that the staff were I arrived were pretty useless. A lady was sitting down to the side behind the front desk looking at her phone. Didn’t look up when I came in so I didn’t think she was working there so I was just waiting until someone said her name and she finally looked up, and got up to help me. She wasn’t sure how to proceed with my reservation regarding payment since I had reserved with *******. She got another lady to help who ended up being as confused as she was. Handing me my room key, she didn’t say anything about breakfast or WiFi or anything. So that’s very poor service in my opinion. The next morning when I went down for breakfast (which was in the hotel restaurant so not a buffet), no one was there, after waiting a while I went to the reception to inquire, and one of the guys said it was closed. Confused I told him the doors were opened and there was a customer in there but no staff. He went down there with me, and after looking everywhere he couldn’t find anyone in there to help either. So I gave up and went back to my room to pack up and leave. What an awfully staffed place!

Feels outdated. Little details, like the bellman cart was broken. Shower was kinda grimy and dated. Some things had been updated, but it feels like lipstick on a pig to me. Staff was nice at the desk.

住的方面都很好，就是酒店没有方向标志，让我们很难找到出口
这家酒店根本不应该营业。它脏乱不堪，员工明显超负荷工作。咖啡厅的信用卡读卡器坏了，他们只好把客人转到前台，而前台只有一个工作人员（尽管当时同时举办着三个会议），所以想买瓶水都要等45分钟。办理入住也花了45分钟以上。
整个酒店弥漫着一股令人作呕的气味，到处都是灰尘和污垢。房间里弥漫着一股陈年烟味。窗户脏得只能勉强看到外面的影子。
房间宽敞舒适。入住办理顺利，停车也很方便。离机场很近。餐厅服务员态度很好，但氛围不如照片上那么好。食物一般。
