My family and I have stayed in this hotel 3x - in 2007, 2008 when it was PARK INN and the entire last week. The 3x stays, with each stay for a week with family speaks about the hotel’s excellent bathroom amenities, room amenities, location, staff, service, and ambiance. We plan to stay again in December 2026 with extended families who will travel from US, UK and have asked me about the aforesaid. PROS: Quick check-in at 3 AM (thanks Akash!) The powerful ceiling shower (think water outta fire hose) Soft bleach white linens Above standard toiletries No water leaks Comfortable beds & pillows Spacious room for 3 twin beds A/C Lighting Fridge Strong & stable WiFi 500 yards away from the main road gives it a serene environment Good/tasty breakfast spread Prompt house keeping (thanks Deepak & Amarinder!) Prompt bellboy service ( thanks Jaiswal!) Complimentary cookies and fruit cake neatly covered in a plastic wrap Plenty of bottled water Spacious storage & counter tops to set down 3 full size 29” suitcases Vault 1 km walk to the first (?) & famous Sahara Ganj mall 1.5 km walk to the well maintained Botanical Garden where you can walk-off the tasty Lucknow food 🤭 Thanks front-desk staff - Karishma & Shubham! A special shout out to the reservation *** - Ankit for accommodating my stay request when I called him from overseas and couple months later sent a follow-up email.
