It was comfortable the only thing is that there bath tub kept getting clogged up since day one and they said they were going to send somebody they never did other than that I had no problems with them that was my only issue

Nothing wrong with hotel my complaint is with *******. My wife booked a Wyndham motel in fernley in Reno. She called to see if there was an option for refund if a closer motel was available to work. ******* took it upon themselves to cancel my reservation that was set up already and leave me high and dry with no place to stay. The lady on the computer through ******* had a language barrier with my wife, but explained to her that everything was set up for me to stay in fernley. When wife called motel 1hr before I go into Reno they said they had no record of my reservation. What a nightmare and created more travel time, more expenses, and way more than needed time on internet instead of an easy phone call. We have always used ******* for travel and had good results. Please use this as an example of things that could be improved thanks and safe travels.

I want to give this a decent rating because you can tell the new owners are trying… but it is really tough. The lobby is so bad. Broken doors. Smells like old cigarettes. No breakfast. No elevator but putting a lot of people on the 2nd floor. Pool is shut down. The rooms are redone with new flooring, sink, beds/linen/pillows, but the windows are old and dusty, the bathroom is old and dim, the TP holder ripped off the walls, no towels in the room, questionable guests. The room was cheap though. Need to keep upping the ante to get those ratings up!

They room was newly renovated and was spectacular and very clean.
All staff was Amazing, friendly, and had the upmost greatest customer service I've ever encountered with. Thank you for a wonderful stay
