Given two rooms that were 1. Very dirty and hasn’t been cleaned, 2, toilet was super F’ed up with some gross brown stuff in it.

Great parking lot. Well lit. Not protected at all. Dirty, trash all over. Simply clean it. Paint the stairs and railings. Fix the blinking lights. Your rooms are far better than the exterior leads one to believe. Your rooms are adequate. For a reservation for 2, we had 1 set of towels. Old, threadbare towels. You can do better. Much better.

Dirty, the room wasn’t clean my TV didn’t work. It didn’t have a remote. The mattresses was dirty. The rooms carpet stunk the bathroom tub was dirty.

The refrigerator didn't work the shower dripped constantly the room smelled mildew I really didn't stay in the room I mostly went there to change clothes it wasn't comfortable at all will not stay there ever again for a 161 dollars it could have been better then the clerk that checked me in said no housekeeping because ice came and got all the employees smh👎👎👎

我在这家酒店的体验糟透了。我那条非常有纪念意义的特别毛巾,竟然被随意拿走了。当我联系经理寻求帮助时,他们只是敷衍地道了个歉,完全没有努力解决问题。这种不帮忙、不尊重客人财物的态度简直不可接受。我强烈建议大家不要住这家酒店。

服务太差了……我还没来得及安顿下来就换了三次房间,前台几乎没人值班。房间很脏……所有东西都沾满了污渍,根本分不清是干净的还是脏的。我到之前浴室还没打扫,所以我不得不自己打扫(搬家后太累了,没法找其他地方住)。墙上有洞,蟑螂很容易钻进来,所以我提前退房了。
