This place was absolutely disgusting. The bed was filthy, the mattress had stains all over it. The room smelled of mold. The shower floor was completely rusted. Ed mold over the back of the toilet on the floor area there was mold everywhere. The door was coming off the hinges difficult to close and it was a motel with outside entry room.

Metarie LA, Veterans Blvd Skip this property. Need to work on physical spaces. Great and lovely housekeepers, but property is shoddy and not secure.

Not a pleasant experience at all! Had to have the staff change my room four times and still it wasn't right but was left with no more energy to argue any further. Lights in the bathroom did not work in 2 of the rooms, the beds were dirty in one room and the original room was not even cleaned at all. Totally not a good place and reputation builder for La Quinta!

About 8 PM, a very large, very real RAT ran across the floor in my room number 127 and apparently into a hole for a plumbing access panel that was knocked out. This was not a mouse, this was a RAT. My room was changed, but no offer was made to compensate me for the totally unacceptable room. And, this was after I had to argue for a first floor room because of my handicap and a broken elevator. Plus, I had made this reservation with the request five months before arrival. Most guests were required to walk up stairs to the second or third floor. The next morning breakfast was marginal stocked across the board with no bread for toast in the perfectly good toaster. When I told the woman working in the kitchen that the eggs and sausage were all almost gone, she took a very non-caring attitude toward that information.

What an awful experience! We booked/paid for a suite and arrived to be told that their suites were being renovated. They didn't have any. We were told that we would be given a regular room. The regular room was definitely older. The bathroom was moldy. The closet door was hanging by wooden shards and would fall off when the door was opened. To top it off, they wouldn't even refund us the difference between the suite price and the regular room!

Finally, it looks like this hellhole is closed for business! "This hotel is unavailable for the dates selected. Please edit your dates or find hotels nearby." Mold, mildew, animal droppings throughout the property. As per the review title, I reported the property to the city of Kenner as well as the health board."

We got there at 3:00 rooms wasn’t ready went eat burn time came back at 5:00 rooms still not ready left then came back at 8:25 rooms was ready they said got to our rooms and they was dirty food in room beds not made one room had not sheets are bedding and bed bugs and i have every video of it all

I only gave this hotel one star. It was Mardi Gras and I spent $300 for one night. It was totally unacceptable. First room had stains on pillow and on bed spread. Requested to be moved to a new room. Second room had more problems than the first one including stain in ltub, bathroom door did not function properly, alarm click didn't work. I had to be at airport in 5 hours and didn't have time to find another hotel. Slept on top of covers in my clothes. Left message for manager to call me and two days later no call. Don't waste your money to stay here.
