Rooms are in need of repair. Had one towel in our room. Not absolutely terrible, but much better options in the area. If I had to find a positive, the bathroom was clean.

First room a/c didn't work properly, then she moved us to another room that was good. Only problem with that room was there was 2 of us, and bathroom was definitely not set up for 2 people, it had 1 towel, 2 hand towels l, 1 stained up Bath cloth, so I had to use hand towels to dry off after shower...

The stay was good. I was dissapointed pool was closed ,furniture was outdated,television was old and remote did not work .I was given a discount for my troubles.

Mixed experience but generally acceptable

Good beds, ok breakfast, no streaming services or soap or shampoo in room. Good coffee! Good restaurant Casa Blanca in walking distance.

DIRTY

Check in was great! The guy who checked us in was nice and the process was quick and easy. When we got into the room it smelled like smoke, mildew, and BO. We were in a hurry to get to where we needed to go so we couldn’t take the time to address it then. When we got back, we noticed that we didn’t have any towels to shower and the hand towels and wash cloth that were in there were dirty. We went down to get new ones which they gave us. But even those had stains all over them. Terribly kept place (I’m not even sure they cleaned our room, probably just made the bed).

Not a great stay.

The room smelled like smoke. It was pretty beat down. It seemed clean ish. The room key didn’t work and no one was at the desk. Plus they price gouged during the football weekend.

1 of the rooms both shampoo and conditioner were rippedo the wall. There are usb plugs on the room. Breakfast buffet was not attended to for restocking items. Very disappointing for a Radisson property.
