There were bugs, spiders, and cockroachs in the room. Bugs smashed in the curtains. There was only two bath towels and one hand towel. Manager not avaliable to help. Paid extra to stay at this hotel because it had an indoor pool and the pool was out of order, I think it should mention that on the website. Overall horrible experience.

Staff unhelpful the property wasn’t very clean and was stressful from the moment we came. We were not provided with simple things that they provide because nothing was never stocked. The pool was out of service as well

Staff not present at night and card keys didn’t work, no one there to help, waited for over an hour for someone to come

I didn't even actually stay there because the reason to book there was for my kids to swim. However, when we arrived, we were informed that the pool was out of order. My husband did still check out the room just in case it was our only option and he refused to even consider staying there due to the uncleanliness and dustiness of the room.

The first room was loud and requested to move rooms. The second was clean and quiet. However, when we requested a late check out which they could not accommodate us, which was fine. However, the front desk clerk was not very friendly.

Rooms are in need of repair. Had one towel in our room. Not absolutely terrible, but much better options in the area. If I had to find a positive, the bathroom was clean.

First room a/c didn't work properly, then she moved us to another room that was good. Only problem with that room was there was 2 of us, and bathroom was definitely not set up for 2 people, it had 1 towel, 2 hand towels l, 1 stained up Bath cloth, so I had to use hand towels to dry off after shower...

The stay was good. I was dissapointed pool was closed ,furniture was outdated,television was old and remote did not work .I was given a discount for my troubles.
