Staff. The front desk lady was not helpful at all. My reservation was for a room for 5 people and she assigned a room for only 4 people. When I asked her on what to do to fix THEIR ERROR she simply said that there was nothing to do besides getting an extra room for the fifth person at full price because the hotel didn't provide any pullout sofas or nothing to accommodate the fifth person. She was arrogant, not understanding and not helpful at all. I ended up canceling the reservation at the middle of the night with my family in the car.

Everything was wonderful and breakfast it was perfect so good double 👍👍.

我喜欢这里的服务、关注度，所有的一切都很好，我没有不愉快的经历。
位置很好
他们会多招些人手，所以现在效率更高了。
这家酒店非常好，地理位置也很棒，价格更是无可挑剔。我唯一不满的是前台的所有工作人员。从办理入住到离开，我遇到的每个人都态度冷漠，一点也不友好。我觉得他们根本不理解酒店服务的真谛，或许是因为新年夜或元旦当天值班让他们感到不快吧。
非常方便的酒店。我出差经常会选择这里。
