It was an older building, but well cared for and a wonderful staff. The pool area was very clean and hot tub worked great. It wasn’t an industrial area, which I did not expect but everything was fine.

The pool and hot tub were super relaxing and fairly clean. As for the room istelf, it was nicely set up and it looked really nice.

I will stay there again
But I really appreciate it about this hotel in addition to how helpful and friendly all of the staff were, is that everything was in working condition. I had a light bulb going out in one of the lamps and it was fixed by the time I came back for dinner. There was a lot of thought put into this place. I’ve never stayed at a hotel that had laundry facilities and they were really nice.

除了317房间墙角有蜘蛛网需要彻底清扫之外，其他一切都很干净整洁。第二天晚上，一只小蜘蛛爬到我老公腿上，他醒来后把它打死了。请告知工作人员清扫所有墙面。谢谢。除此之外一切都很好，如果以后没有蜘蛛网，我还会再次入住！
房间里烟味很重。我没指望有多豪华，我们只是需要在城里待不到24小时，需要一个临时住处，但房间里的烟味之浓还是让我很意外。工作人员很棒——办理入住时非常热情友好，还给我们搬来了折叠床。这片区域是工业区，所以感觉不太安全。
除了酒店比较老旧，位于工业区，周围除了一个流浪汉营地之外什么都没有之外，客户服务简直糟糕透顶。我平时并不挑剔，预订拉昆塔酒店（La Quinta Inn）是临时决定短住，所以我很清楚会是什么情况。但是，前台工作人员如此粗鲁无礼，我完全没有预料到，也无法接受。7月28日星期一凌晨2点45分到3点之间，一位戴着眼镜和耳环、身材矮小瘦削的黑发男子在办理退房手续时，给我的评价只有两星。他完全没有给酒店增光添彩，也丝毫没有表现出想在这里工作的意愿。我看到大厅里有摄像头，所以我猜想我们的互动被录了下来，如果有人想看的话，可以去看看。当时我站在他面前的柜台办理退房手续，他甚至懒得抬头看我一眼。你会发现，他只有在我打招呼的时候才会开口，而且即便如此，他的态度也立刻变得很冷漠，语气充满讽刺，好像我打扰了他玩手机或用电脑的时间似的。这样的开场实在令人不快，也完全没有体现出酒店的品牌形象。他根本不适合做前台，或许更适合在后厨做清洁工或食品准备工作，远离公众视线。我以后绝不会再入住这家酒店，也不会推荐给任何人。至少其他方面还可以忽略，但酒店业出现如此糟糕的前台服务人员是绝对不可原谅的。
酒店和员工都很棒，非常干净。泳池虽然不是特别干净，但哪个公共泳池能做到呢？浴缸很舒服，房间也比想象中大得多。酒店位置不算绝佳，但住在这里感觉很不错。
一家位于工业区的酒店。附近也有很多体面的人安家落户。酒店很小。早餐不错。
