Just had Sunday lunch food it was delicious! Staff very friendly and excellent service . Head waiter Martin was attentive and made our lunch feel extra special. Beautiful location

Visited for Afternoon tea. Explained we had not been before and the gentleman at the front door was helpful showing us where to go. Martin looked after us and was friendly and polite. Also found Shara very helpful! The venue overall is lovely and has a very nice feel about it. It is expensive but worth it and would visit again. Looking forward to trying the Sunday Lunch. Overall the Afternoon tea was nice the scones are not the greatest and had to ask for butter but everything else was really nice. Thank you to all the team look forward to visiting again

Just had the pleasure of having a meal with my wife for her surprise birthday. I've got to say that it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. All the front of house staff being so kind and thoughtful. Special mention to Chef Leo for possibly the best meal that we've ever had anywhere. Thank you Crathorne Hall.

We arranged to visit as there was a small Sunday Farmers market in the grounds, there were about 10 -12 stalls selling a variety of local produce including strawberries, bread, jam, honey, cheese, nougat and various meats. There were a lot of visitors and by the time we got there around 12:30 most of the stalls had sold out of the most popular items. To complete the day we booked a Sunday lunch at the hotel restaurant, but were a bit early so we sat outside in the grounds enjoying the good weather. As normal the staff were very friendly and welcoming and we even got served our meal by the new General Manager which was a first. Two of us had the Wensleydale soufflé to start with which to die for it was so good, we then had beef and lamb main courses which were really tender and very filling although we just had room for desert. Overall a great visit next time we will try and get there early so there is more choice at the Farmers Market and maybe stay overnight

我和丈夫去餐厅庆祝结婚纪念日，度过了一个美好的夜晚。抵达时，服务员非常热情友好，并按照我的要求把我们带到了靠窗的座位。食物、葡萄酒和鸡尾酒都非常棒，无可挑剔。晚餐结束时，服务员送来一盘用巧克力写着“结婚纪念日快乐”的甜点，还配上了巧克力草莓和松露巧克力，真是太贴心了！我们一定会再来的！
逛了逛农贸市场，感觉不错，然后回酒店喝了杯咖啡，吃了块蛋糕。服务员很友好，但食物质量令人非常失望。进门就点餐，菜单上没有任何展示，也没有任何提示说所有食物都是外带的。房间很干净，但家具明显是上世纪70年代的办公风格。咖啡很热，味道也不错，但司康饼就有点让人怀疑了。个头小，口感干硬，虽然标榜是黄油，但显然是廉价替代品。16英镑的价格，我觉得这家店的食物应该更好一些。

我得爬三层楼梯才能到房间，但酒店里似乎没什么客人——真不知道是怎么回事。
员工确实尽力了，但感觉这家酒店的管理像是从阿加莎·克里斯蒂的小说里走出来的。
我的房间浴室也小得可怜。
