There were no extra blankets or pillows and we needed some. No grab bars in the shower and the tub was very high. No hooks or racks to hang your towels or washcloths. The only tv guide was via QR code -- extremely inconvenient. No nightlight in the bathroom which made it difficult to find in the dark.

Really close to downtown Middleton which was awesome. A few things made the stay less nice: (1) There were 4 of us staying (2 kids, 2 adults) but only towels for 3 and wash clothes for 2. There were only 3 pillows on each bed. We asked for more of each and told there weren't any extras. (2) The lights were off in the pool area and we're never turned on. It got extremely dark after sunset (7pm) and no way for guests to turn lights on now we're they automatic. A staff member from the hotel came and looked in at us but left and never turned them on. It basically made the pool unusable at that point. The pools towels are also like the size of a hand towel. I know this sounds pretty nitpicky but it just really felt like we were on our own and shouldn't ask for anything. Very unwelcoming.

Check in was fine, attendant had difficulty getting lights turned on in pool area. But was not a big deal. Place was clean.
Out neighbors were loud a one point during the night. Could hear voices and we think they were being ask to leave hotel

Fantastic trail along a creek, right behind the hotel. Goes on for mikes, beautifully maintained and scenic. Worth staying here just for that. Staff was helpful and responsive. Recommend highly.

The cleaning service did a terrible job. Dirty toilet, walls and table tops. Do better. Won’t stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay here. The staff here were amazing! Beds were a bit uncomfortable, but the room was immaculate. Wish there were more options for hot food for the provided breakfast like other hotels for the same cost. The eggs and Canadian bacon provided the one day I ate breakfast were really good! I would still stay there again.
