This is an older hotel. Which I knew, but the Internet speeds were atrocious (7 Mbps down, 3 Mbps up). The owner of the hotel was onsite and said he could call IT to approve my device, but that it would be a Max of 10 Mbps. I let the owner know, since I needed reliable Internet to work while staying I was not able to stay and checked out 39 minutes after checking in. He refused even a partial refund of my two night booking.
There was also the fact the corners of the bathroom and tub hasn't been cleaned in a very long time and the room has a very musty odor.

The room and hotel were okay--the outside doesn't really match the inside. The interior is very dated but has good spaces, just needs some upgrades.

very clean and quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was also good quality with great coffee.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything about the property was old and outdated including furniture, floor coverings, linens and style of the property

Well, I was in the room for about 3 minutes and when I flushed the toilet it squirted all over me. Then my sister asked me to stay with her because our mom was in the hospital so I checked out. My father js also in hospice care. The hotel said I needed to contact ******* about a refund so I did. I explained to the hotel the incident of the toilet. After 3 more days the hotel refused to refund my room for two nights. Thr place is a pit and nothing like it used to be.

The staff was very good from checking in to checking out. No issues with loud noises or others guests. This place was peaceful and we will definitely reserve again. The only complaint would be the handicap parking. It was a bit too far but we managed it. 😃
