Room was clean and the staff was excellent. Unfortunately I did not get the spelling of individual working the front desk, but Merce (?) was excellent. He was friendly, very helpful, and great to talk with.

We had taken the prepaid option assuming there would be no additional charges, unfortunately that was not the case as the site charged a processing fee.

Staff was warm and helpful. The room, while very clean, was showing advanced signs of wear. There were two distinct body "divets" in the king bed showing through the duvet. The tub surround had gunk where the tub met the wall, and a big chunk of granite was missing from the sink counter. The breakfast was OK, nothing special. IT was quiet, which was a big plus.The overall impression was the hotel offered enough to meet needs, but in no way went above or beyond to make it feel pleasant. Cant say we'd stay again...

Everyone who works at the Baymont is super friendly and helpful. My husband's a light sleeper, so when we realized we were on the first floor, he asked if we might switch to upstairs and we were quickly and cheerfully accommodated. It's not the newest or fanciest place in the area, but it's conveniently located for folks visiting Fox Point or Mequon family members.

Was only there late night to early morning, had breakfast and left. Great value for the price. Breakfast was decent, the only complaint was the sausages should be browned!😩

Underwear from previous stay were left on the bathroom handle and the shower was definitely not cleaned after the last stay.
