The beds were very comfortable We like staying here and for a good price thats why we keep coming back. The staff is very nice helpful and friendly. We have enjoyed our stays here

No one was at the front seat when I arrived. Had to wait 15 minutes for some one to show up to check me in. Room was clean but dated and looked worn. Drawers missing handles, chipped wood and bathtub. The knob for the temp control was missing so unable to turn on or control the room temp. Even though the place looked about 80% empty, was placed I. A room with a pass thru door and people in the next room. They kept the tv on all night and loud enough to get through the door. Went to complain and get a different room but there was no one at the front desk, the hotel phones didn’t in the room, and no one answered when calling the hotel from my cell. The shower had very little water pressure and only got to Luke warm. It’s a cheap place to stay and in this case, you get what you pay for.

Their systems were down and I couldn't check in to the room. Front desk was rude and inconsiderate.

如果可以，千万别住这里！入住时前台那个男的简直粗鲁透顶，不光对我这样，对其他办理入住的客人也一样。我晚上十点才入住，但房间根本没打扫，垃圾桶里有垃圾，床上根本没床单，地板黏糊糊的，床头柜也黏黏的，电视没遥控器，网络不能用，浴室里没毛巾，也没卫生纸。当我问房间怎么办时，前台那男的哼了一声就走了，然后抱着一堆床单、毛巾和毯子回来，直接扔到我怀里，把遥控器插在那堆东西中间，一句话也没说就走了，完全忘了我还提了没有卫生纸的事。早餐区域还行，但九点就关门了，连咖啡壶都收走了。至少让咖啡和水留在那里有多难？也没有任何告示说免费早餐区什么时候关闭。我从头到尾没有得到一句好话，也没有一句为房间状况的道歉。真是个糟糕透顶的地方！

教育所有员工关于注册服务性动物的知识，以及告诉管理员不能将服务性动物带到早餐区是违法的！根据法律规定，SA 必须始终和管理员在一起，将它们单独留在酒店房间也是违法的，因为它们是服务性动物！在你们被起诉之前，请先教育好自己，因为你们想粗鲁和不专业，把服务性动物的人当垃圾一样对待，她不是宠物，正如你们所说，她是一只注册为服务性动物的工作动物，查一下你就会发现，尽管酒店有规定，但他们根本没有权利要求将服务性动物带走，尤其是当它们没有做错任何事，只是在做自己的工作时，酒店强迫服务性动物离开真的是违法的，所以我唯一建议有服务性动物的人不要和你们住在一起！
