设施简陋，早餐简单，泳池不是很干净
我以前在戴斯酒店订过房间，但从来没住过这样的房间。真是太失望了。感觉不像住在酒店。我没法看电视，也没法用房间电话，因为房间里一半的插座都坏了。我没法马上入住，因为后面一位女士正在打电话，她破口大骂了好几分钟……她跟谁说的都被她听到了。上班时间，外面可不是给外人听的。柜台铃不在视线范围内，没法用，我只好打电话到酒店让她到大堂来。她一到大堂，“就”把柜台铃放回了柜台上，然后从电脑屏幕后面拿出来；说她不知道铃为什么会掉出来，还咯咯地笑了。整个过程一共花了10分钟。就为了在这个地方亲身体验一下。这家酒店唯一让我觉得还不错的就是尊重隐私，还有帮我办理退房的Michelle女士。我觉得我以后不会再来这家酒店了。另外，最好找个更好的人来接替7月2日下午3点到5点帮我办理入住的那位女士。她是一位黑发的上了年纪的女士。
床垫完全磨损，有两处凹陷，电视音量不足，马桶座圈坏了，浴缸排水不畅。这家酒店非常老旧，至今未进行翻新。工作人员态度很好。
臭虫
我把我的工头安排在那里，他身上有臭虫，到处都是咬痕。
没有电梯
Standard basic continental breakfast, clean and comfortable beds, AC smelled musty. Windows that open for fresh air. Convenient location.
Hotel was clean and quiet. Room door was hard to open and bathroom door did not close. Staff was average not very friendly but not rude
Room was a good size , freshly cleaned with current decor.
It did not have carpeting, which is extra nice. The heat/air worked very well and was easy to operate.
The hot tub was great, but the staff were what really made our stay. Michelle was particularly helpful and we appreciated her extra assistance.
The updates to the room looked amazing, very clean and fresh. The staff, manager, Michelle was amazing.
