Noone was working the front desk when I checked in. The shower leaked which was clearly causing mold to grow in the bathroom. Hot water was hit or miss. The air conditioner only worked sometimes and was extremely loud. Some of the lights were also not operational. The floor was clearly not vacuumed for awhile. I will not be booking here again. This was not an ideal stay for the price.

Was in town for a Bridge Tournament. The hotel was convenient, but was quite dated and tired. Breakfast was below average and everything in the room was quite old and in its last legs

The lobby smelled of old/habitual cigarette smoke when we arrived. We checked in, went to the room and the general area outside the room, as well as inside the room smelled of natural gas. We were given another room. The second room had a terrible smell as well, but not of gas, just a bad smell. The place is generally filthy with the lampshades by the bed being dirty and having what looked like dried blood on one. The bathroom wall also appeared to have some blood on it. We immediately checked out, losing 100% of what we paid for the room.
Not the fault of the hotel, but there was a shirtless, shoeless man shuffling around outside who wandered into the lobby as we arrived. I'm not sure if he, or others with nowhere else to go are often there, but the hotel didn't seem to be in a great area.
I will say that the front desk staff were very pleasant and greeted us immediately when we entered. But the property itself is rather disgusting.

My daughters liked the hotel, the only bad thing was at check in ********** did NOT send the verification for room reservation/payment and it was CROWDED in a town with trafficking and my girls were NOT safe and had to wait 3 hours for their room. Also, if you could keep in mind gluten free/sugar free options that'd be great for breakfast. Great stay once they got in.

I got my room in the fifth floor I was disappointed the smell of **** was so strong I!!! I could smell it in the hallway!!
