Very dirty and roach infested I couldn’t stay there it was a roach on the bed and above the headboard also had worms underneath the bed and outside the property

I recommend that Motel 6 take several steps to improve the guest experience, including thoroughly cleaning rooms, checking behind doors for any items left by previous guests, and repainting tubs where needed. Additionally, the property should ensure that all non working vehicles are towed, trash is regularly removed especially from the front of the property and stairwells are kept clean. Installing a working ice machine and and it should be common courtesy to offer fresh towels to guests staying multiple nights, such as three or more. I also requested a king room with a refrigerator and did not receive one; honoring simple room preferences, especially for My6 members, would reflect better service and appreciation for loyal customers.

The room was completely nasty, the beds were humid, the AC machine was dirty and very noisy. The smell was horrible. I didn't dare to shower there and left as soon as possible.

The bathroom floors was horrible so as the carpet was filthy they needed to be shampooed and towels and bed sheets both had stains
